FAQ - But why? Why not put the nuts in a high flame flash roaster that is used commercially? The answer lies in the science behind it.  All nuts and seeds contain phytic acid; an anti-nutrient that protects the plant but makes it difficult to digest the minerals from the nut in our body. So traditionally, pulses and nuts/seeds are soaked overnight and the water is discarded, this way the phytic acid gets removed and it is good for digestion.

However, nut butters can not be made from soaked nuts. Another way of gently removing the phytic acid is gentle slow roasting. This is how traditionally peanuts were roasted in sand or salt.  

 

Our nuts are slow roasted for hours, this helps to keep the nutrients intact and at the same time lends a beautiful aroma to the nuts.

I loved that

I don't like peanuts but it's healthy for health I thinked I should purchase the peanut butter I tried the Peanut Butter from Orchard Lane and I was really impressed! The peanut butter has a great balance of crunch and creaminess, which makes it really versatile for adding to lots of different dishes. It's roasted flavor I love using it to make fun snacks and recipes like Thai peanut sauce or peanut butter and banana smoothies. The flavor is delicious and it holds its crunchiness even when blended or heated. It's a great way to add some extra flavor and texture to all kinds of meals! I was a fan of this butter and I Highly recommended it for everyone!
